The following website – https://netballher.co.uk has information for players regarding aspects of Women’s health (periods, menopause, breast support and sports bra’s, continence, etc), as well as information regarding injury prevention, nutrition, and much more. This is to make these areas more talked about, more professional guidance and support available to all and for us all to be aware. There is a Netball Her ‘caught short’ bag in the Dome community room in the wooden cabinet and this contains information, period products, wipes and bags for anyone needing it while SDNA sessions are taking place.
